Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from Malaysia. We ship domestically to Malaysia, and internationally to Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.

For customers in Malaysia, we have a standard shipping option (3-5 days) with a flat fee of RM 6.

For customers in Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia, we have a standard shipping option (5-7 days) with a flat fee of RM15.

We use Poslaju, DHL, and J&T for our shipping. Fulfilment will be done the day after and order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking emails will be sent after fulfilment.

Please note that a valid phone number is required during checkout as our fulfilment partners will need to contact you before your order is delivered.

Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns can be made within 14 days of fulfilment for a full refund. Items are to be returned to the address below in good condition (no signs of wear and tear).

Defective items covered under our lifetime warranty may be returned at any time for replacement.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. In order to process a return or in the event of an issue with payment, please email us at support@alle.asia.
