Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from Malaysia. We ship domestically to Malaysia, and internationally to Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
 
For customers in Malaysia, we have a standard shipping option (3-5 days) with a flat fee of RM 6.
 
For customers in Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia, we have a standard shipping option (3-5 days) with a flat fee of RM20.
 
We use DHL and Ninjavan for our shipping. Fulfilment will be done the day after and order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking emails will be sent after fulfilment.

 

Please note that a valid phone number is required during checkout as our fulfilment partners will need to contact you before your order is delivered. 

 

Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns can be made within 14 days of fulfilment for a full refund. Items are to be returned to the address below in good condition (no signs of wear and tear).
 
Defective items covered under our lifetime warranty may be returned at any time for replacement.
  
Clearance items are covered under lifetime warranty in the event of functional defect such as leakages, and are eligible for refunds. Cosmetic defects on clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
